Delivery time slots
• 6am–9am (Early Morning): order 1 working day in advance before 5pm, for next-day or selected-date delivery (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor only).
• 9am–6pm (Office Hours): order before 3pm for same-day, next-day or selected-date delivery (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & selected states).
• 6pm–9pm (Evening): order before 5pm for same-day, next-day or selected-date delivery (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor only).
• 9pm–12am (Late Night): order before 5pm for same-day, next-day or selected-date delivery (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor only).
No specific time promise. Weekend & public holiday deliveries should be ordered in advance. Kindly contact our customer service if you need a special arrangement.

Every arrangement is made to order with fresh flowers, hand-crafted by our florists on the day of delivery.
Caring for your flowers
Trim the stems, change the water every 1–2 days, and keep them in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit. With good care, fresh bouquets last around 4–7 days.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Order before 3pm for same-day delivery (KL & Selangor). Orders after 3pm are delivered the next day or a date you select.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Select your preferred date and time slot at checkout. Timed slots are available at a small additional charge.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our driver will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour, reception or co-worker. Please provide an accurate recipient contact number.
Can I include a message card?
Absolutely — add your message in the card field at checkout. It's complimentary!
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is handcrafted with natural flowers, so slight variations are normal. If a flower is unavailable, we substitute with one of equal or greater value in a similar style.
